Return Policy

Lift Chairs
  • When your new liftchair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new chair the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new chair at the manufacturers option.
  • If the correct chair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number at 800-711-8209, let us know you want to return the chair, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a return authorization number.
  • Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the chair. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the chair is received at the manufacturers facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair, less a 15% restocking fee and $100.00 minimum for the outbound freight charges. No returns on customized chairs

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item has been inspected. The original credit card is credited. For check payments, you will be mailed a refund check.

Refused Product Policy

MINIMUM $100.00 freight charge and 15% restocking applies for all refused products that have left the warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

MINIMUM $100.00 freight charge and 15% restocking applies for all canceled that have left the warehouse. $50 processing charge for cancelations of orderd products that have not left the warehouse.

Wheelchairs
When your new chair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new chair we will repair it at no cost to you in your home, or replace it with a new chair for no additional charge, at your option. If the correct chair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship but you just don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it or exchange it for a different model.. Simply call our customer service number at 800-283-9647, let us know you want to return the chair, and we will issue a return authorization number. You will be responsible for re-packaging the chair for return shipment. Once the chair is ready for shipment we will have it picked up and returned. Once the chair is received at our facility in good condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair after deducting a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.
